Analysis and Experiment of Ultimate Bearing Capacity of Ball Screw
Ball screw is widely used in aerospace servo mechanism.But ball screws used in spacecraft usually work under the condition of high overload,so higher requirements of the performance of ball screw has been put forward.In order to improve the ultimate bearing capacity of a ball screw,optimize some structural parameters through the theoretical analysis.To verify the results of theoretical analysis and design optimization,a test of the ultimate bearing capacity of ball screws with different structural parameters has been done.And its verified that these structural parameters have effect on the ultimate bearing capacity.
