The Optimization Design of Hydropneumatic Elevating Equilibrator Based on MATLAB and ISIGHT
Taking hydropneumatic elevating equilibrator with a large caliber gun as design object,in order to solve the question of the elevating handwheel force is too large when elevation angle becomes higher and the tipping part can impact and beat when elevation angle becomes lower,MATLAB is used to build the mathematical model which taking the maximum unbalance torque as objective function within the whole elevation coverage firstly.Then combining the optimization method of Multi-Island GA and NLPQL in ISIGHT to calculate the optimization design of hydropneumatic elevating equilibrator.The interpretation of new elevating equilibrator shows that this optimization design method compared with traditional design method effectively reduces the maximum unbalanced torque of elevating equilibrator and improves its working performance.
