The Research on Dynamic Performance of the Grinding Center Bed with Resin Mineral Composite Materials
In this paper,the grinding center bed with resin mineral composite materials was analyzed,and compared with the basic properties of cast iron materials.Using the SolidWorks software to make the three-dimensional model.ANSYS14.0,the finite element analysis software,is applied to the modal and harmonic analysis of the grinding center bed.We got the first six natural frequencies,fundamental natural mode of vibration and the response curve of the grinder bed.The results show that,producing the grinding center bed with resin mineral composite materials will improve the dynamic performance obviously.Meanwhile,the result provides the reference to understand and improve the dynamic characteristics of such grinder bed.
