Conceptual Design of an Evaluation Device for Power Test of Explosives
The power is an important indicator for evaluating the performance of explosives.The advantages and disadvantages of commonly used methods for power test are analyzed.An evaluation device based on the principle of conservation of energy is designed for power test of explosives.The main parts of the device and their functions are introduced.The operational principle of device,estimation method of power and the parameters to be measured are elaborated.The mathematical model of the device is established.The feasibility of the test principle is proved through the pressure and movement curves obtained by simulation calculation.The device can provide an effective evaluation method for power test of explosives and has the guiding significance for improving test precision of power test of explosives.
