The Precise Delay Technology of the Fuze Based on MCU Internal Oscillator Circuit

  The purpose of this paper is to make a compensation of the error on the internal crystal chip that because of the influence of temperature and voltage,two basic forms of the internal oscillator chip are presented,and the influence factors on the MCU internal oscillator frequency are investigated in this paper.Take C8051F530 MCU as an example,a number of experiments were performed to check the oscillator frequency accuracy,and the effect of temperature and voltage on the inside oscillator frequency is analyzed.According to the two ways of the real-time calculation and the look-up table compensation,the research work has brought about a discovery of the oscillator error is less than 0.1%after compensation.
