Controllable Rotary Actuator System Aerodynamic Simulation and MATLAB Modeling Techniques Research
In order to reduce the deviation between the target and the ammunitions trajectory during the intersection,the easy guided ammunition with guided actuator device equipped is proposed.Traditional easy guided ammunition technology is used to correct the projectiles trajectory.In this paper,a new actuator control system design is adopted to upgrade the ordinary warhead by a controllable rotation actuator,with a permanent magnet DC torque motor as the servo motor,and a control system based on DSP to control DC motor.First,an aerodynamics simulation based on the code FLUENT is carried out to obtain the dependence of aerodynamics parameters on deflection angle,and then a mathematical model of the systems mechanics is built.Simulink software is used to achieve the motors output angle control by two-quadrant single phase rectifier DC drive.The angle sensor measures motor output angles,which are collected to enable real-time measurement of output angles change,and a theoretical foundation is constructed for futures DSP hardware simulation.The simulation results show that the rotation actuator system has a good dynamic and static characteristics,the system is relatively stable with respect to the ground coordinate system,and the simulation provides some reference for the future system design.
