Fuzzy Control for Electro-hydraulic Position Servo System Using Grey Predictor with Self-tuning Step
Aimed at the characteristics of electro-hydraulic control system,such as,non-linear,uncertainty dynamic,and so on,a self-tuning grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm was proposed.Based on the equal dimension new information theory,a GM(1,1)model was established.Moreover,by the fuzzy judgment of current state,the grey predictor can adaptively adjust the predictive step,and hence improve the system settle time and overshoot problems.The simulation and experimental results show that compared with separate control,the integrated control scheme proposed can improve the dynamic performance more effectively and eliminate the stable error.
