The Modeling and Simulation of Hydraulic Servo Control System Based on MATLAB/Simulink
This article mainly researches the control of a hydraulic servo system.Firstly,this paper introduces the composition of control system,and then establishes mathematical model of component parts.We can get the whole mathematical model of hydraulic servo control system through this process.In order to better control,position controller and pressure controller is designed,and we also should determine the value of the various parameters in the controller in the design process.Finally,we conduct the system of MATLAB/Simulink simulation.The simulation results show that the system can make quick response to the load,have high control precision and good stability.The overall performance of the system satisfies the requirement of original design.
