A Test Method for Mechanical Arm’s Motion Parameters Based on Wireless Sensors

　　The wired sensors used in traditional test methods are difficult to arrange the cables,not suitable for small or confined space,and cannot test the motion parameters of the load directly.Aimed at this question,this paper proposed a new test method which is based on wireless sensors.First,calibrated the wireless sensor which is designed in this paper,then use a mechanical arm as the test subject,put the wireless sensors inside the mechanical arm,acquired the mechanical arms motion parameters by test the loads motion parameters.At the last,compared the test result between the wireless sensors and traditional wired sensors,and the result proved that this method is feasible.
