Study on Structure Damage Effect of Target for Linear Distribution Fragmentation Warhead

  In this paper,the structure damage effect of missile for linear distribution fragmentation warhead,compared with fragment focusing warhead,was studied by theoretic and simulation method.The results show that,the maximum stress and residual strength coefficient of target are related to fragment perforation and its distribution.The maximum stress of the missile attacked by linear distribution fragmentation warhead is 19%higher,and the residual strength coefficient is 15%lower than the missile attacked by fragment focusing warhead.The damage effect linear distribution fragmentation warhead is superior to the fragment focusing warhead.
