Prioritization of strategies to achieve World-Class Manufacturing using a hybrid approach of fuzzy: Case Study from Quanzhou Industrial Clusters
World-class manufacturing(WCM)is a key concept in modern economics.Different perspectives on the philosophy and concepts of WCM features are presented.However,what is regarded as a key element is to choose the best strategy to achieve performance consistent with the best in the world. The main aim of this paper is to use a combination of FAHP,BSC and FVIKOR techniques to prioritize strategies to achieve world-class manufacturing among firms in the Quanzhou textile and garment industrial clusters.The findings of research indicate a high priority of strategy “design products according to customer needs,in order to achieve world-class manufacturing.
