Abstract Model of k-Cloud Computing

  This article deals with effective running applications in clouds.In the paper we present some bioinfromatics problems.We introduce the following problems: genome assembly,sequence alignment and genome annotation,especially identification of gene variants.This problem is our motivation for research in k-cloud computing.Unfortunately,all problems are NP-hard.This is why a better architecture is needed.We call our new architecture k-cloud computing.In this article,we present abstraction of k-cloud computing.The main advantage of k-cloud computing is that it does not waste resources.The architecture rearrangement applications that run between clouds on one cloud platforms and try to save the resources,which can be used in a more reasonable way.
