Distributed State Estimation for Complex Networks with Coupling Randomly Occurring delays
This paper studies the problem of distributed state estimation for a complex network where the nodes couplings received from its neighboring ones are randomly experiencing the delays including sensor delays and communication delays. The random coupling delays are described by random variable sequences satisfying Markovian process with exponential distributions.A sufficient condition is derived to guarantee the estimation errors converges to zeros in the sense of mean square stability by combining the stochastic analysis and Lyapunov stability theory.A numerical simulation is given to show the validity of the proposed state estimator. This is the paper style requirement for the Chinese Control Conference. The writers of papers should and must provide normalized electronic documents in order for readers to search and read papers conveniently.
