Blind Signal Separation for Fault Analysis of 400Hz Solid-State Power Supply
As the traditional methods of signal processing cannot be effectively used to analyze the fault signals with fractional harmonics in the 400Hz solid-static power supply, the latest blind signal separation(BSS)or the method used to separates source signals fast and accurately,is proposed in this paper. The Fast independent component analysis(FastICA)is used to separate the mixtures, and the principal component analysis(PCA)is used for pre-whitening to reduce the influence of noises on the precision of separation. Then, the second order blind identification(SOBI)is applied to separating the fluctuating voltage signals. The amplitude of fault signals is obtained by use of the over-determined simultaneous equations. The results of simulations and Experiments verify that the FastICA and SOBI are effective and practicable.
