On Lime Kiln Temperature System Based on GA Fuzzy PID Algorithm and Optimal Control
Considering the problem of the low combustion efficiency in the combustion control system of the sleeve kiln,and the low activity of the lime produced,a plan is designed for the intelligent temperature control in the combustion chamber of the lime kiln.First,with the aim of controlling the temperature of the combustion chamber,and to adjust the gas flow,a plan is proposed to use fuzzy PID intelligence to control the temperature of the combustion chamber.According to the disadvantages that the membership functions of fuzzy control are determined by experience and the parameters cannot adjust dynamically,presenting the method that optimizing parameters by improved genetic algorithm.The simulation results show fuzzy PID controller based on the improved genetic algorithm has a better performance.Second,it is also vital to optimize the technological conditions in the process of roasting limestone.Through the fuzzy control of air-fuel ratio,the oxygen content in the flue gas can be controlled and the combustion efficiency can be maximized.
