A Research Based on the Energy Consumption of a Balanced Cold Rolling Mill Production Scheduling Optimization
In this paper,taking a large-scale iron and steel enterprise as background which implements major demonstrational application of energy systems,the authors proposed on methods of energy homeostasis and scheduling optimization of the cold rolling mill,and the energy scheduling optimization policy in exceptional circumstances based on rolling optimization.Then they applied the optimized forecasting techniques in energy balance management by transforming original constrained nonlinear mathematical programming problem into a large-scale linear programming problem,with the solving method of original dual interior point.And with comparative analysis of classical SVM,radial basis ESN network and energy optimization scheduling prediction model,simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately predict the trend of energy,optimize high dispatch reliability to ensure optimal scheduling problem solving real-time.
