Design and kinematics analysis for a novel parallel foot massage device
A 3-D rotation parallel mechanism used in foot massager is proposed,and a novel foot massager device based on single-input and 3-D output parallel mechanism is designed.Through the analysis of topological structure of the mechanism,its coupling degree is zero,so its forward and inverse analytical solution is directly deduced.Further virtual prototype of the foot massager is designed by Solidworks software,and the motion simulation is finished by Adams.The feasibility of the design is confirmed by its simulation results,which lays a foundation for the design and manufacture of the foot massage device.
