Dynamics of Sley Mechanism of Sulzer Projectile Loom
The aim of this paper is development and research of dynamics of the sley mechanism of Sulzer Projectile loom taking into account elastic-dissipative properties of links and backlash in mechanisms.We are using program complex SimulationX for dynamic simulation of the sley mechanism of Sulzer projectile loom.We obtained the diagram of vibration of the sley mechanism shaft at different speeds of rotation the main shaft of loom,with and without backlashes in the joints mechanisms of loom.Analysis of the diagram shows that the amplitude of vibration of the sley mechanism shaft increased at rising speed of the main shaft of loom.Shown that,taking into account backlashes in the mechanisms significantly increase the vibration of loom.SimulationX software system is well suited for modeling looms with camshaft driven and the cyclic mechanisms of and takes into account almost all the dynamic characteristics of the loom.
