Finite Element Analysis of the Bearing Capacity of Globoidal Cam Reducer with Multi-roller Contact

  In this article,based on the shortcomings of the limited bearing capacity of the globoidal cam reducer,taking the pin of turntable assembly in the Globoidal cam reducer as elastic element,combined with the proper elastic deformation of the pin,by way of multi-roller contact simultaneously,bearing capacity is to be improved.In this paper,with ANSYS,finite element analysis is made to the bearing capacity of pin under Multi-roller contact.Role that Multi-roller contact played to improve the bearing capacity of the globoidal cam reducer is verified.
