A suppressed active vibration mechanism using a model reference adaptive control
This work focuses on the active vibration isolation system under variable loadings. Two control methods, the proportional integral derivative (PID) controller and model reference adaptive controller (MRAC),are employed. They achieve the maximum attenuation of 35.89dB and 24.2dB respectively with constant vibration frequency. In addition, the effects of variable platform loadings on anti-vibration performance are discussed. The results show that the PID controller is relevantly easily affected by variable loadings while the MRAC controller has better anti-vibration performance.
