An Experimental Study on Robotized Dispensing Process for Small Part Assembly

　　In this paper,features of robotized dispensing process have been reviewed.In order to check the performance of ABB integrated dispensing solution and to understand the key influencing factors for the robotized dispensing,DOE (Design of Experiments) has been proposed.Laboratory experiments on a robot platform have been carried out,while the process performance has been quantitatively analysed with bead quality measurement.The experimental results have shown the unique feature of ABB integrated dispensing solution and key influence of robot motions.
