Influence of limb stiffness on the force analysis results of the overconstrained parallel mechanism
In this paper,taking 3-RR and 7-SS passive overconstrained parallel mechanisms (PMs) as examples,the influence of the limb stiffness on force analysis results of the passive overconstrained PM is discussed by using weighted pseudo-inverse method,the results show that the larger the limb stiffness is,the greater the constraint force of the limb is,and when stiffness of all limbs tend to infinity,the constraint forces of the limbs distribute randomly.
