Identification of the Drivers of Multi-DOF Hybrid Driving Mechanisms
For a given kinematic chain,choosing a different driver will produce different mechanisms to achieve different functions and trajectories,so that mechanisms may sometimes lose the ability to movement.Therefore,identifying drivers is an important part in the type synthesis of mechanisms.Based on the concept of the mobility factors of the kinematic chains,by analyzing single loop mobility factor,the paper proposes the identification method of the drivers of multi-DOF hybrid driving mechanisms.The examples verify the correctness and effectiveness of this method.This method can be used to identify the drivers of planar and non-planar kinematic chain and laid the foundation for further research and analysis of hybrid driving mechanisms.
