Finding Zeros of Nonlinear Functions Using the Hybrid Cell Mapping Method
This paper proposes a zero finding algorithm that combines the cell mapping and the subdivision method.Combined simple and generalized cell mapping is used for covering set finding in a coarse cell space.Subdivision is applied to enhance solution accuracy gradually.Damped Newton’s method is picked as the underlying dynamics to construct cell mapping.
