An Analysis on Performance Management of Motorola Company
Motorola is famous all over the world for its constant innovation in the communication field; it pays attention to connect the world with advanced technology.In the performance management,Motorola put the effectiveness in the first place.Motorolas performance management concerns about the improvement of employees performance,and the improvement of the employees performance is served for reaching the organizational goals.Thus,it ties both the staff and the development of the enterprise together and improves performance management to a position of the strategic level.However,there is no clear incentive evaluation criterion in Motorolas performance system.Monitoring is neither oversight nor control.Instead,it is counseling and is a guarantee of employee to reach objectives precisely.It is very important and also the area that Motorola needs improving.
