Information Transmission Effect of University Libraries in Public Culture Service

摘要：

　　From the perspective of the function of university libraries in public culture service system,this essay focuses on the librarys information transmission effect in public culture service.Concerning social effect,every effort that university libraries have made will produce harmonious culture effect,and education socialization effect,as well as the effect to enhance their own social image.Besides,the economic effect is highlighted from three aspects,namely,knowledge spillover effect,cultural poverty alleviation effect and resource optimization effect.
