The Conflicts between Copyright Protection and Cloud Computing

摘要：

　　Copyright protection balancing issue arises with cloud computing technologies.This article tends to discuss some disputes between copyright protection and cloud computing in Australia,European Union and China,and tries to find some feasible solution to make a balancing protection to the creators and cloud computing operators.
