Research on China’s Circulation Industry Innovation Promote Legal Policy

摘要：

　　Chinas circulation industry has made considerable development,but there is still a system,the rule of law,policy and market barriers.To promote and standardize the circulation industry,the national public power of the scientific and reasonable intervention is necessary.China should use the value of economic law concept,must play a decisive role in resource allocation in the market,and fulfill the function of readjustment of the state and management,reform the circulation management system,perfect the current legislation and enforcement mechanism,play the function of circulation industry policy to promote and advance the market financing mechanism construction,promote the innovation of the circulation industry and the sustainable development.
