Study on the Formation of Emerging Industries Based on Industry Philosophy

　　Industry is perceived as an independent object of philosophy of science and technology with regard to the four-element theory based on Science-Technology-Engineering-Industry.This paper,from the perspective of industry philosophy,defines connotation and characteristics of the emerging industry,and analyzes the forming mechanism of new industries and emerging industries,addressing the issue of the twice crossings of Death Valley.
