Measurement of Customer Loyalty of Mobile Phone Manufacturers

  Based on the established analysis approach on customer loyalty evaluation method and influencing factors about customer loyalty of mobile phone manufactures,this paper establishes evaluation indexes system of customer loyalty of mobile phone manufactures and puts forward multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.
