Study on Self-Management Organization of College’s Grass-Roots Student Party Members

摘要：

　　College student party establishing work is an important part of ideological and political education of college students.The enrollment expansion of university sharply increase the number of college students,so traditional student party establishing team couldnt meet the high demand of college student party establishing management in new situation yet.College should further innovate organization models of student party establishment,intensify self-managing functions of student party members,found self-management organizations of student party members,create an efficient student party member cadres team to enrich the student party establishing work force,regulate management of grass-roots party organizations,and enhance substantial effects of graduate student party establishing work.
