Application of Work-Life Balance Strategy:A Case of Huawei Company

  The widespread use of work-life balance strategy within Huawei which was plagued by a string of employee suicides.Introduce and analyze work-life balance strategy in improving staff mentation situation.The number and frequency of employee suicides in Huawei Company were increased continually because of the “culture of wolves.Thus,it is urgent for Huawei to ascertain the real reason behind the phenomenon and adopt some HR(human resource)strategies to prevent this happening again.In this report,author will firstly give an overview of Huaweis status quo,then analyze the environmental factors,followed by providing effective recommendations and implementation plans for changing Huaweis vicious cycle.For instance,the benefits of work-balance strategy will be listed clearly and then the flexible working system will be provided as one of the suggestions.
