Factor Analysis on Real Estate Investment Potential in Chinese Cities
Differences regarding real estate market in Chinese cities are becoming more and more evident.Therefore development of urban selection models plays an important role in decision-making.This article analyzes and evaluates the investment potential of real estate market from the perspectives of market size,economic environment and consumers purchasing power through factor analysis,and finally extracts two core factors from 20 indicators,as a reference of investment potentials.
