A Process Framework for Service Outsourcing Enterprises Based on CMMI SVC

　　For the emerging outsourcing service industry,its relatively one problem need to resolve that how to implement the well accepted CMMI best practices into actual process improvements to enhance and reinforce service delivery,process capability,and management capability while reduce costs also at the same time.This article selected Pactera Technology International Ltd.as the typical case study to deeply analyze the service process framework of Pactera.We tried to integrate the characteristics of service outsourcing industry and CMMI SVC,CMMI DEV into one refined process framework which covering the whole implementation lifecycle of service outsourcing enterprise.Based on actual implementation and data,this framework could help to enhance customer satisfactory level,control and reduce cost,and finally help the organization to develop healthier into new flourish.
