Exploring the Conflicts between Traditional Retail and E-Commerce Channels for Manufacturing Enterprises:A TRIZ Theory Perspective

  With the rapid development of e-commerce,the traditional retail channel and e-commerce channel are adopted by manufacturing enterprises to sell their products simultaneously.And a variety of complex conflicts are urgently awaited to be settled in the dual channel.From a new perspective,the ideal final result(IFR)of manufacturing enterprises dual channel is defined based on TRIZ theory,some key issues limiting the IFR are discussed in detail.The contradiction matrix of dual channel is constructed creatively and specific solutions for the physical conflicts and management conflicts of the dual channel are given through the usage of separation principles,contradiction matrix and inventive principles separately.
