Supply Chain Coordination for the Dual-Channel Retailer Based on Revenue Sharing
Model used in this paper is based on a single manufacturer and a single retailer supply chain.Retailers sell their products not only through traditional retail channels but also through online channel.We use Stackelberg two-stage game model to study the pricing behavior of the dual-channel members in the supply chain.Our results showed that both sides revenue sharing contract can make the whole supply chain to achieve coordination.Furthermore,we give the equilibrium price of dual-channel retailers and the manufacturers optimal wholesale price.
