Research Review on the Relationship Between International Joint Venture’s Allocation of Right of Control and Performance

摘要：

　　The control exercised by parent firms over international joint ventures(IJVs)has been suggested to be a critical element for the effective management and the performance of these organizations.In this context,this paper reviews empirical and theoretical research in this area.Combining the dominant control,shared control,split control and analyzing the relationship between these three kinds of control and IJV performance.On this basis,we provide some ideas and suggestions for future research.
