Research on the Transnational Operation Path of the Enterprises in the Industrial Cluster

摘要：

　　The clustering development of the enterprise is the main form of integrating resources and enhancing competitive advantage.And it is also the important organizational environment for the transnational operation.This paper researches the characteristics of the transnational operation with two dimensions of its development in different stages and the dynamic evolution of industry cluster.And then the paper puts forward the concrete paths for the enterprises within industrial cluster.The paths are designed for the different stages in the process of transnational operation.Also,the paper establishes the corresponding route choice model and points out the problems which need to be improved and the risks which are potential and hidden so as to provide something for the enterprises successful multinational operation in industrial cluster.
