Research on Creative Management to Chinese Limited Liability System
Nowadays,with the tendency to constitute the modern enterprise system,the effectiveness of this system relies on the arrangement for saving trade cost and pursuing efficiency,as well as the space of system innovation.This essay aims to promote the efficiency of the creation on the basis of the system by analyzing the defects and improvement approaches of the limited liability system.As a commercial main body,corporations are operated by virtue of limited liability system.Chinese corporation law revised in 2006 took effect from January 1st,2010.Compared to the last two times,there exists great modification in this revision.To be precise,the total number of modification has reached up to 400 while redesigning 120 provisions in all 230 articles.No doubt that such highly intensified revisions of Chinese corporation law have changed the exterior environments of corporation since there is a close relationship between the operation and circumstances of corporations.The core of modern enterprise system is mainly about corporation; also,the “King Provision relevant to corporation is limited liability system.Given that related research in the disadvantage of this system is severely lacking,in contrast to those who utilize it,the author aims to reveal the defects of the system on the basis of creative analysis.
