The Importance of Medical Innovation Management on the Base of the Present Situation of Medical Management
With the development of the society and science technology,the demand of the application of medical knowledge and advanced technology in diagnosing and treating disease is becoming more and more higher.Therefore,medical management especially medical innovation management is particularly important.The core of the medical innovation management is to cultivate higher level medical innovative talents.The success of the cultivation of medical innovative talents is direct to the future level of medical development,how to cultivate medical innovative doctors who are suitable for social development under the new era is imminent.Medical innovation management plays a key role in the cultivation of innovative doctors.The article puts forward some improving measures and constructive opinions from different angles on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of medical management,in order to make some useful help to the construction of the overall framework medical education and the improvement of medical scientific research in our country.
