Adaptive Evaluation and Countermeasures of China’s Coal Industry
This paper based on the influence factors of coal industry structure in China,establishes index systems,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the rationality of our countrys coal industry structure,and proposes the improvement measures.Coal is Chinas major energy,with other energy development and utilization,although the proportion of consumption of coal in energy consumption is declining,but still the biggest in the countrys energy consumption a dominant position.Coal in primary energy consumption,the proportion of the 1950s was about 95%,about 85%in the 1970s,78%in the 1980s,in 2000 about 75%,and currently is about 70%1.Experts predict that in the next 20 to 30 years or longer,there will not be great changes in the energy structure,the proportion of consumption continued to hold the first,the proportion of coal consumption in 2050 accounted for about 50%.Since 1978,Chinas coal industry in general can be divided into the following phases: the first phase(1978-1992),a stage of rapid growth after the release of the planning system; the second phase(1993-2000),market structure,adjustment and total control phase; the third phase(2011-)the new growth phase driven by domestic and external demand2.Beneath the surface of the coal industry from the ups and downs since the reform and opening up after the ups and downs of Chinas coal industry internal structural problems.So the coal industry structure not only is the relationship between coal enterprises,but also have close relationship with Chinas economic development,environmental protection,social development.
