Arts Council England:‘Achieving Great Art for Everyone’ and Its Funding Policy

摘要：

　　This essay focuses on 10-year framework of Arts Council England(ACE)and provide the rationale for its goals,priorities and its funding policy in nurturing and championing talented artists and promoting England as an international artistic centre.This paper begins by arguing for the necessity of funding arts.It will then go on to explain mission,vision and five goals of ACE.Finally,the paper attempts to evaluate the success possibly achieved and presents many potential difficulties of this 10-year funding policy.
