Study on the Issue Management Strategy of Group Events to the PX Conflict as an Example
Because of the lack of effective strategies in the issue management,in recent years,Chinese PX conflict,mass conflict such as Xiamen,Dalian and Kunming of China PX project,caused group events repeatedly staged,the government always has trouble in dealing with them.In this paper,to raise the issue of management strategy of group events,by using the method of case analysis,we summarized the experience and lessons of Chinese PX management issues in the conflict,with the method of case analysis to raise the issue of management strategy of group events.The main views think that the government should be multi-party communication with the media,enterprises and the public,to explore the scientific issues management mode,strengthening the agenda setting and issue guidance,timely evaluation issues feedback and effect,to and further improve the issue management system.
