Implementation Effect of New Agricultural Subsidy Policy in Shanghai Suburbs
As a series of policies of supporting agriculture and benefiting peasants have been introduced in various districts in Shanghai,the implementation effect of those policies is worth to be focused on.Based on the case of “Peasants Direct Subsidy Policy executed in S District as well as the data got from field research,this paper systematically analyzes the actual implementation of the peasants direct subsidy policy in S District.The study shows that the peasants direct subsidy policy in S District has been well implemented and got a comparatively well appraisal.Peasant Households awareness to this subsidy policy is high.Also,improvement measures and suggestions for the problems of the direct subsidy policy such as the scope of subsidy object,subsidy standards and subsidy stability are collectively raised by household peasants investigated,and a further study direction is proposed.
