Investigation of the Professional Use of Social Media by Creative Industry Workers:Case Study of Businesses Based in the Birmingham Custard Factory
This report begins by draw on the key concepts of new media,participatory culture,social capital,and social marketing.Then it presents the findings of a quantitative evaluation of user preferences and an investigation of results of interviews with five independent shop owners.Finally,it concludes creative businesses general preference of professional use of social media at work and presents some of useful strategies employed by the creative businesses.
