Studies on the Innovation Environment Effect of Jiangsu Province Based on Panel Data Model

　　The innovation environment effect of Jiangsu province is studied by using panel data model.Firstly,there are three comprehensive indexes of description for regional innovation environment selected through the method of the factor analysis,i.e.social environment,economic power and govemment support factor.Then,it constructs a panel data model of the output lag input to measure the influence degree of innovation environment to output.The results show that,there are significantly differences among the parts of Jiangsu province of the innovation environment to the output.There into,the social environment promotes the maximum function to Changzhou innovation output; the economic power and govemment support make the most significant influence to Suzhou innovation output.Finally,it puts forward to the countermeasures for optimizing regional innovation environment of Jiangsu province.
