摘要：

　　Research on the characteristics and the development of the world-class enterprise,and give the connotation,criterion as well as the conditions of the world-class enterprise.Considering current situation,point out that the Chinese central enterprises are up to the world-class standards in hard power,but they still lack the soft power such as cultural force and innovative force.In view of the trend of the development of economic globalization,the enterprises should understand and learn the spirit of the world-class enterprises strategy.
