The Researches on Promoting Independent Innovation of Small and Medium Size Enterprises(SMEs)

摘要：

　　Small and Medium Size Enterprises(SMEs)constitute the primary conductors of independent innovation; however,the shortages in terms of material,capital and labor force hamper the effective development of self-owned innovative activities in SMEs.This paper proposed feasible policies and measures catered to this issue,after analyzing current problems of SMEs appeared in their independent innovative activities,with the purpose of continuously promoting their independent innovative competence.
