Policy Options of Chinese Midwest Regions Undertaking the Industrial Transfer from Eastern Areas

　　With the rapid development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,Chinese Midwest regions are facing a Double Industrial Transfer historic opportunity.They not only carry on the international industrial transfer,but also undertake the industries of East coastal areas.On this paper,by elaborating the inevitability of the industrial transfer,the author analyses the existing problems and proposes some suggestions from state and local government levels.
