Financial Innovation Promoting Shaanxi Cultural Industry Investing and Financing

　　Cultural soft power is an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength,and China has raised in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress that the cultural industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy.In recent years,Shaanxi cultural industry has developed rapidly,but compared with other provinces,Shaanxi cultural industry ranks on the last.Shaanxi cultural industry are restricted by poor investing and financing channels.This mainly due to the existing financial system is not fully applicable to the cultural industry.In this paper,the financial innovations promoting Shaanxi cultural industry investing and financing is proposed,which include the promotion of cultural industry investing funds,financial system innovation,and encourage insurance innovation.
